The Zane Trace Pioneers baseball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Piketon Redstreaks to 4 in the Pioneers non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Pioneers (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Westfall (Williamsport, OH). The Mustangs go into the non-league match with a 4-3 record. In their last match, Westfall gained a win over Adena (Frankfort, OH), 11-10, in a non-league match.
The Redstreaks (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Wellston (Wellston, OH). The Golden Rockets go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Wellston was overwhelmed by Athens (The Plains, OH), 15-1, in a non-league match.
