In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Abington Green Wave (Abington, MA) softball team overwhelmed the host Norton Lancers (Norton, MA), by a margin of 9-3.

With the triumph, Abington moves its record to 5-1 on the year. The Green Wave host Walpole (Walpole, MA) to play the Rebels in a non-league contest on Friday, April 22. The Rebels come into the contest with a record of 2-0.

In their next game, the Lancers play the Bishop Feehan Shamrocks (Attleboro, MA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, April 22. Norton will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record.
