California High School Softball - Branham gets by Silver Creek

April 20, 2022: San Jose, CA 95118

Spectators at Wednesday's league match between the Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) and the visiting Silver Creek Raiders (San Jose, CA), witnessed Branham's softball squad tip Silver Creek by a count of 2-1.

The Bruins now sport a 15-5 record. They play next when they host Live Oak for a Mount Hamilton match on Friday, April 22. Branham will face a Acorns squad coming off a 7-4 league win over Pioneer (San Jose, CA). The Acorns record now stands at 9-7.

With the loss, Silver Creek moves to 10-5 on the season. The Raiders travel to Saint Francis (Mountain View, CA) to face the Lancers in a non-league match on Thursday, April 21. The Lancers go into the match with a record of 18-2. Saint Francis won 17-0 in their recent league match against Valley Christian (San Jose, CA)
