The Lowell Red Raiders baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Andover Golden Warriors to 11 in the Red Raiders league triumph on Thursday.

The Red Raiders now possess a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Andover for a non-league bout on Monday, April 24. Lowell will face a Scarlet Knights team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Westford Academy (Westford, MA). The Scarlet Knights record now stands at 4-2.

Next, the Golden Warriors face the Lincoln-Sudbury Warriors (Sudbury, MA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 22. Andover will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Warriors enter the bout with a 3-3 record after their 4-0 league loss to Waltham (Waltham, MA).
