In Thursday's non-league game, the host Field Kindley Golden Tornado baseball team scored a nice 10-1 victory over the Cherryvale Chargers.
The Golden Tornado (3-7) will now prepare for their game against Parsons (Parsons, KS). The Vikings go into the non-league game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, Parsons was overwhelmed by Chanute (Chanute, KS), 11-1, in a non-league game.
The Chargers (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Humboldt (Humboldt, KS). The Cubs go into the non-league game with a 8-1 record. In their last game, Humboldt was overwhelmed by Central Heights (Richmond, KS), 5-4, in a non-league game.
