New Jersey High School Baseball - Manchester Township nips Pinelands Regional

Manchester Township Hawks (Lakehurst, NJ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Pinelands Regional Wildcats (Tuckerton, NJ), 6-5 in a league test.

With the win, Manchester Township upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Hawks travel to Pinelands Regional (Tuckerton, NJ) to battle the Wildcats in a Shore B - South test on Monday, April 24. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 0-4. Pinelands Regional lost 12-2 in their recent non-league test against Point Pleasant Beach (Point Pleasant Beach, NJ)

With the defeat, Pinelands Regional falls to 0-3 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Point Pleasant Beach (Point Pleasant Beach, NJ) to battle the Garnet Gulls in a non-league test on Saturday, April 22. The Garnet Gulls come into the test with a record of 8-0. Point Pleasant Beach won 19-0 in their recent league test against Henry Hudson (Highlands, NJ)
