With the win, Cathedral City upgrades its record to 8-8 on the year. The Lions host California Military Institute (Perris, CA) to play the Rough Riders in a non-league bout on Thursday, April 27. The Rough Riders go into the bout with a record of 7-6. California Military Institute won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Santa Rosa Academy (Menifee, CA)

The Golden Eagles now own a 0-9 record.
