California High School Volleyball - Placer overwhelmed by Nevada Union

The Placer Hillmen volleyball team (Auburn, CA), went down 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA)

The Miners (24-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Oakmont (Roseville, CA). The Vikings come into the Foothill Valley challenge with a 7-10 record. In their last challenge, Oakmont defeated Lincoln (Lincoln, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Hillmen encounter the West Park Panthers (Roseville, CA) in a Foothill Valley challenge, on Tuesday, April 25. Placer will attempt to move on its 5-11 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 14-11 record after their 3-0 league win over Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA).
