The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Sunnyside Wildcats (Fresno, CA) and the host Torres Toros (Madera, CA), saw Sunnyside's volleyball squad beat Torres by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Sunnyside upgrades its record to 13-10 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Sanger (Sanger, CA) to play the Apaches in a non-league bout on Monday, April 24. The Apaches go into the bout with a record of 35-7. Sanger won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Ripon Christian (Ripon, CA)

The Toros now own a 8-13 record. They play next when they host Sanger West for a North Yosemite bout on Tuesday, April 25. Torres will play a Hornets squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Fresno (Fresno, CA). The Hornets record now stands at 19-18.
