The Volcano Vista Hawks routed the host Cleveland Storm softball squad by a final score of 18-6 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Hawks (12-5) will now prepare for their battle against Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Jaguars go into the non-league battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, Atrisco Heritage Academy notched a victory over West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM), 18-17, in a non-league battle.
The Storm now possess a 10-7 record. They play next when they host Rio Rancho for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 25.
