North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Jack Britt overwhelms Gray's Creek

The Jack Britt Buccaneers triumphed over the visiting Gray's Creek Bears lacrosse team by a score of 10-5 in Thursday's league match.

With the win, Jack Britt upgrades its record to 2-11 on the season. The Buccaneers host Union Pines (Cameron, NC) to confront the Vikings in a United 8/All American/Sandhills contest on Tuesday, April 25. The Vikings come into the contest with a record of 5-10. Union Pines lost 20-4 in their recent league contest against Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC)

The Bears now own a 1-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pinecrest for a United 8/All American/Sandhills contest on Monday, April 24. Gray's Creek will confront a Patriots squad coming off a 14-6 non-league loss to Hough (Cornelius, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 9-7.
