The Groton-Dunstable Crusaders lacrosse team scored 16 points and limited the visiting Leominster Blue Devils to 5 in the Crusaders league triumph on Thursday.

The Crusaders (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Wachusett Regional (Holden, MA). The Mountaineers enter the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Wachusett Regional achieved victory over St. Bernard's Central Catholic (Fitchburg, MA), 14-4, in a non-league contest.

The Blue Devils now own a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host Nashoba Regional for a Midland-Wachusett B contest on Thursday, April 27. Leominster will confront a Chieftains squad coming off a 15-7 league win over Shepherd Hill Regional (Dudley, MA). The Chieftains record now stands at 4-1.
