Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Forrest Rockets (Chapel Hill, TN) and the visiting Community Vikings/Viqueens (Unionville, TN), witnessed Forrest's softball squad tip Community by a count of 1-0.

The Rockets now sport a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Grundy County for a 2A District 7 match on Tuesday, April 25.

With the loss, Community moves to 12-7 on the season. The Vikings/viqueens host Zion Christian Academy (Columbia, TN) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Friday, April 21. The Eagles go into the match with a record of 16-7. Zion Christian Academy won 5-1 in their recent non-league match against Grace Christian Academy (Franklin, TN)
