Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Concord Minutemen (Concord, CA), 14-0 in a league challenge.

The Knights now own a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they host Carondelet for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 24. Las Lomas will face a Cougars squad coming off a 5-1 league loss to Foothill (Pleasanton, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 5-12.

With the loss, Concord falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Minutemen host Benicia (Benicia, CA) to face the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 25. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 9-6. Benicia lost 11-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Franklin (Elk Grove, CA)
