North Carolina High School Softball - Queen's Grant bounces Greater Cabarrus Stallions

Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Greater Cabarrus Stallions Stallions (Concord, NC), 18-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Stallions now own a 14-3 record. They take the field next when they host SouthLake Christian Academy for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 24. Queen's Grant will face a squad coming off a 20-4 league loss to Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC). The record now stands at 3-6.

With the loss, Greater Cabarrus Stallions falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Stallions travel to Hickory Grove Christian (Charlotte, NC) to meet the Lions in a non-league match on Friday, April 21. The Lions go into the match with a record of 10-9. Hickory Grove Christian lost 6-5 in their recent league match against Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC)
