Woodstock Academy Centaurs (Woodstock, CT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting New London Whalers (New London, CT), 19-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Centaurs now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bacon Academy for a Eastern Connecticut - Medium challenge on Saturday, April 22. Woodstock Academy will battle a Bobcats squad coming off a 15-0 non-league loss to Old Lyme (Old Lyme, CT). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-5.

With the loss, New London falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Whalers travel to Ledyard (Ledyard, CT) to battle the Colonels in a Eastern Connecticut - Large challenge on Saturday, April 22.
