The West Bladen Knights softball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Red Springs Red Devils to 1 in the Knights league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, West Bladen moves its record to 13-5 on the year. The Knights travel to St. Pauls (St. Pauls, NC) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Southeastern Athletic 2A game on Tuesday, April 25. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 10-7. St. Pauls won 15-1 in their recent league game against Clinton (Clinton, NC)

In their next game, the Red Devils clash with the East Bladen Eagles (Elizabethtown, NC) in a Southeastern Athletic 2A game, on Tuesday, April 25. Red Springs will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 8-10 record after their 9-4 league win over Fairmont (Fairmont, NC).
