In Thursday's league outing, the host Shadow Mountain Matadors softball team scored a close 17-10 win over the Yuma Criminals.

Coming up next, the Matadors battle the Flagstaff Eagles (Flagstaff, AZ) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, April 22. Shadow Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 21-7 record after their 11-2 league loss to Coconino (Flagstaff, AZ).
