The Palmyra-Eagle Panthers baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Deerfield Demons to 3 in the Panthers league victory on Saturday.
The Panthers (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Parkview (Orfordville, WI). The Vikings go into the Trailways-South match with a 0-9 record. In their last match, Parkview was overwhelmed by Clinton (Clinton, WI), 13-3, in a non-league match.
The Demons (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Waterloo (Waterloo, WI). The Pirates go into the non-league match with a 9-0 record. In their last match, Waterloo edged Cambridge (Cambridge, WI), 5-3, in a league match.
