The Miyamura Patriots baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Gallup Bengals to 2 in the Patriots league victory on Saturday.
The Patriots (3-14) will now prepare for their match against Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM). The Broncos go into the 4A District 1 match with a 9-9 record. In their last match, Kirtland Central edged Taos (Taos, NM), 12-1, in a non-league match.
The Bengals (5-16) will now prepare for their match against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NM). The Bobcats go into the 4A District 1 match with a 12-5 record. In their last match, Bloomfield edged Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM), 11-7, in a league match.
