The Granite Falls Tigers baseball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Orcas Island Vikings to 4 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Tigers (4-9) will now prepare for their match against Overlake (Redmond, WA). The Owls go into the non-league match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Overlake ran past Granite Falls (Granite Falls, WA), 16-3, in a non-league match.
The Vikings (10-4) will now prepare for their match against Coupeville (Coupeville, WA). The Wolves go into the 1B/2B Northwest match with a 6-5 record. In their last match, Coupeville ran past Darrington (Darrington, WA), 13-1, in a league match.
