The Lake Central Indians baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Penn Kingsmen to 0 in the Indians non-league victory on Saturday.
The Indians (7-5) will now prepare for their match against Michigan City (Michigan City, IN). The Wolves go into the Duneland match with a 0-10 record. In their last match, Michigan City was overwhelmed by Elkhart (Elkhart, IN), 12-4, in a non-league match.
The Kingsmen (9-5) will now prepare for their match against South Bend Adams (South Bend, IN). The Eagles go into the Northern Indiana match with a 11-1 record. In their last match, South Bend Adams ran past Homestead (Fort Wayne, IN), 14-6, in a non-league match.
