The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA) and the visiting Crescenta Valley Falcons (La Crescenta, CA), saw Mira Costa's lacrosse team overcome Crescenta Valley by a margin of 10-2.

The Mustangs (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA). The Sea Kings enter the challenge with a 5-6 record. In their last challenge, Palos Verdes was overwhelmed by Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, CA), 8-5, in a league challenge.
