Jefferson Jaguars (Bloomington, MN) supporters left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Orono Spartans (Long Lake, MN), 1-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Jefferson improves its record to 3-2 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Chanhassen (Chanhassen, MN) to play the Storm in a Metro West game on Monday, April 22. The Storm enter the game with a record of 2-0.

The Spartans now hold a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to New Prague for a non-league game on Monday, April 22.
