Ohio High School Baseball - Edison nips Port Clinton

The Edison Chargers baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Port Clinton Redskins to 2 in the Chargers league win on Monday.

The Chargers now own a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Norwalk for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 21. Edison will clash with a Truckers team coming off a 10-5 league win over Clyde (Clyde, OH). The Truckers record now stands at 9-4.

With the defeat, Port Clinton drops to 3-8 on the year. The Redskins travel to Danbury (Lakeside, OH) to clash with the Lakers in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 21. The Lakers go into the test with a record of 4-5. Danbury won 7-0 in their recent non-league test against Open Door Christian (Elyria, OH)
