The Ridgefield Spudders triumphed over the visiting R.A. Long Lumberjacks softball squad by a count of 22-0 in Monday's league challenge.
Next, the Spudders meet the Washougal Panthers (Washougal, WA) in a 2A Greater St. Helens challenge, on Wednesday, April 22. Ridgefield will attempt to upgrade on its 10-2 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 15-2 league loss to Woodland (Woodland, WA).
The Lumberjacks (4-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Hudson's Bay (Vancouver, WA). The Eagles enter the 2A Greater St. Helens challenge with a 0-9 record. In their last challenge, Hudson's Bay was routed by Hockinson (Brush Prairie, WA), 7-0, in a league challenge.
