The Poplar Bluff Mules baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Jackson Fighting Indians to 1 in the Mules league victory on Thursday.
The Mules (4-5) will now prepare for their match against Blue Springs (Blue Springs, MO). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Blue Springs edged Olathe East (Olathe, KS), 13-1, in a non-league match.
The Fighting Indians (12-3) will now prepare for their match against Ste. Genevieve (Ste. Genevieve, MO). The Dragons go into the non-league match with a 1-1 record.
