The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Miramonte Matadors (Orinda, CA) and the visiting Concord Minutemen (Concord, CA), saw Miramonte's volleyball squad nip Concord by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Miramonte upgrades its record to 1-10 on the year. The Matadors travel to Benicia (Benicia, CA) to play the Panthers in a Diablo - Valley bout on Tuesday, April 26. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 11-10. Benicia won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Hercules (Hercules, CA)

The Minutemen now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Benicia for a Diablo - Valley match on Thursday, April 28.
