Garfield Bulldogs (Los Angeles, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting South East Jaguars (South Gate, CA), 13-5 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 5-10 record. They take the field next when they host South Gate for a Eastern challenge on Tuesday, April 26. Garfield will battle a Rams squad coming off a 28-1 league win over Huntington Park (Huntington Park, CA). The Rams record now stands at 14-3.

With the loss, South East falls to 4-11 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Bell (Bell, CA) to battle the Eagles in a Eastern challenge on Tuesday, April 26. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 2-8. Bell lost 11-3 in their recent league challenge against Legacy (South Gate, CA)
