The St. Dominic Saints softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Old Orchard Beach Seagulls to 1 in the Saints non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, St. Dominic improves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Saints host Maine Central Institute (Pittsfield, ME) to clash with the Huskies in a non-league game on Saturday, April 23. The Huskies come into the game with a record of 0-2. Maine Central Institute lost 8-1 in their recent non-league game against Maranacook (Readfield, ME)

In their next game, the Seagulls clash with the Richmond Bobcats (Richmond, ME) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 26. Old Orchard Beach will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
