The Riverside Rangers baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Austin Panthers to 0 in the Rangers league victory on Friday.
The Rangers (13-2) will now prepare for their match against Irvin (El Paso, TX). The Rockets go into the 4A Region I District 1 match with a 4-18 record. In their last match, Irvin was overwhelmed by Bowie (El Paso, TX), 12-2, in a league match.
The Panthers (0-23) will now prepare for their match against Bowie (El Paso, TX). The Bears go into the 4A Region I District 1 match with a 10-6 record. In their last match, Bowie ran past Irvin (El Paso, TX), 12-2, in a league match.
