North Carolina High School Baseball - First Flight loses to Holmes

The Holmes Aces the visiting First Flight Nighthawks baseball team by a count of 8-5 in Friday's league bout.

The Aces now possess a 8-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Camden County for a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A bout on Tuesday, April 25. Holmes will face a Bruins team coming off a 5-4 league loss to Hertford County (Ahoskie, NC). The Bruins record now stands at 10-8.

Next, the Nighthawks face the Pasquotank County Panthers (Elizabeth City, NC) in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A bout, on Tuesday, April 25. First Flight will attempt to move on its 12-5 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 12-5 record after their 8-4 league loss to Currituck County (Barco, NC).
