The Klahowya Eagles baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Vashon Island Pirates to 0 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.
The Eagles (8-1) will now prepare for their match against Seattle Christian (SeaTac, WA). The Warriors go into the 1A Nisqually match with a 1-10 record. In their last match, Seattle Christian was overwhelmed by Charles Wright (Tacoma, WA), 9-4, in a league match.
The Pirates (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Bellevue Christian (Clyde Hill, WA). The Vikings go into the 1A Nisqually match with a 11-2 record. In their last match, Bellevue Christian edged East Jefferson [Port Townsend/Chimacum] (Port Townsend, WA), 16-0, in a league match.
