The Mora Rangers/Rangerettes baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Penasco Panthers to 1 in the Rangers/Rangerettes league victory on Friday.
The Rangers/Rangerettes (7-8) will now prepare for their match against Penasco (Penasco, NM). The Panthers go into the 2A District 5 match with a 4-9 record. In their last match, Penasco gained a win over Questa (Questa, NM), 10-9, in a league match.
The Panthers (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Mora (Mora, NM). The Rangers/Rangerettes enter the 2A District 5 contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Mora was overwhelmed by McCurdy (Espanola, NM), 7-5, in a league contest.
