Ohio High School Baseball - South Point loses to Portsmouth

The Portsmouth Trojans the host South Point Pointers baseball team by a tally of 6-1 in Friday's league bout.

The Trojans now hold a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gallia Academy for a Ohio Valley bout on Monday, April 24. Portsmouth will face a Blue Devils team coming off a 6-3 league win over Ironton (Ironton, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 3-8.

Next, the Pointers face the Rock Hill Redmen (Ironton, OH) in a Ohio Valley bout, on Monday, April 24. South Point will attempt to advance on its 9-6 season record. The Redmen enter the battle with a 4-7 record after their 12-0 league loss to Fairland (Proctorville, OH).
