The Apex Friendship Patriots lacrosse team scored 8 points and held the host Holly Springs Golden Hawks to 7 in the Patriots league win on Friday.
The Patriots (13-2) will now prepare for their match against Green Level (Cary, NC). The Gators go into the Southwest Wake match with a 10-6 record. In their last match, Green Level was tipped by Green Hope (Cary, NC), 9-8, in a league match.
