Southside Christian Warriors (Clayton, NC) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Lee Christian Falcons (Sanford, NC), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors face the Bethel Christian Academy Trojans (Kinston, NC) in a NCCSA AA District 4 - East Region challenge, on Monday, April 24. Southside Christian will attempt to better on its 8-5 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 9-0 league loss to Wilmington Christian Academy (Wilmington, NC).

The Falcons now have a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they host Cresset Christian Academy for a NCISAA Mid-Carolina challenge on Thursday, April 27. Lee Christian will face a Eagles team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Crossroads Christian (Henderson, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 0-7.
