The Placer Hillmen baseball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Nevada Union Miners to 2 in the Hillmen league victory on Friday.
The Hillmen (8-9) will now prepare for their match against Casa Roble (Orangevale, CA). The Rams go into the non-league match with a 11-5 record. In their last match, Casa Roble tipped Woodland (Woodland, CA), 23-13, in a league match.
The Miners (3-11) will now prepare for their match against Oakmont (Roseville, CA). The Vikings go into the match with a 4-16 record. In their last match, Oakmont was edged by Lincoln (Lincoln, CA), 15-7, in a league match.
