Virginia High School Softball - Clarke County bounces Rappahannock County

The Clarke County Eagles routed the visiting Rappahannock County softball squad by a count of 13-1 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Eagles (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Mountain View (Quicksburg, VA). The Generals go into the non-league battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, Mountain View topped Madison County (Madison, VA), 21-10, in a non-league battle.

The now sport a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Page County for a non-league battle on Monday, April 24. Rappahannock County will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Strasburg (Strasburg, VA). The Panthers record now stands at 12-0.
