New York High School Lacrosse - East Aurora overwhelms Akron

In Friday's league test, the visiting East Aurora Blue Devils lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-9 victory over the Akron Tigers.

The Blue Devils now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newfane for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 26. East Aurora will face a Panthers squad coming off a 12-0 league loss to Salamanca (Salamanca, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 0-2.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Eden Raiders (Eden, NY) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 22. Akron will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 12-6 non-league win over Iroquois (Elma, NY).
