North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Providence Day can't get by Cannon

In Friday's league test, the visiting Cannon Cougars lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 victory over the Providence Day Chargers.
The Cougars now have a 13-2 record. They take the field next when they host Cardinal Gibbons for a non-league test on Saturday, April 22. Cannon will face a Crusaders squad coming off a 16-2 league win over Broughton (Raleigh, NC). The Crusaders record now stands at 12-5.
In their next game, the Chargers face the Charlotte Latin Hawks (Charlotte, NC) in a NCISAA - Division I test, on Tuesday, April 25. Providence Day will attempt to move on its 11-5 season record. The Hawks come into the test with a 7-8 record after their 14-4 league loss to Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC).
