Utah High School Lacrosse - Maple Mountain held off by Cedar Valley

Cedar Valley Aviators (Eagle Mountain, UT) boosters exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting Maple Mountain Golden Eagles (Spanish Fork, UT), 10-9 in a league battle.

The Aviators now own a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they host Provo for a 5A Region 9 battle on Monday, April 24. Cedar Valley will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 8-6 league loss to Spanish Fork (Spanish Fork, UT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-7.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles clash with the Wasatch Wasps (Heber City, UT) in a 5A Region 9 battle, on Wednesday, April 26. Maple Mountain will attempt to advance on its 6-3 season record. The Wasps come into the battle with a 6-3 record after their 17-7 league win over Salem Hills (Salem, UT).
