The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Orange Panthers (Hillsborough, NC) and the visiting Eastern Alamance Eagles (Mebane, NC), saw Orange's lacrosse team top Eastern Alamance by a margin of 19-6.

The Panthers (14-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bishop McGuinness (Kernersville, NC). The Villains enter the non-league challenge with a 12-4 record. In their last challenge, Bishop McGuinness beat North Davidson (Lexington, NC), 19-0, in a league challenge.

The Eagles (6-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Cedar Ridge (Hillsborough, NC). The Fighting Red Wolves enter the Central/Mid-Carolina challenge with a 1-14 record. In their last challenge, Cedar Ridge beat Vance Charter (Henderson, NC), 8-7, in a non-league challenge.
