In Friday's league challenge, the host Mountain Crest Mustangs lacrosse team scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Logan Grizzlies.
The Mustangs (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Layton (Layton, UT). The Lancers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-9 record. In their last challenge, Layton was tipped by Fremont (Plain City, UT), 21-0, in a league challenge.
The Grizzlies (0-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Juan Diego Catholic (Draper, UT). The Soaring Eagle enter the non-league challenge with a 5-4 record.
