Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA) followers exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Peninsula Panthers (Rolling Hills Estates, CA), 13-8 in a league battle.

The Mustangs now have a 15-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Palos Verdes for a Bay battle on Wednesday, April 26. Mira Costa will clash with a Sea Kings squad coming off a 14-2 league win over Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, CA). The Sea Kings record now stands at 7-8.

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits (Long Beach, CA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 24. Peninsula will attempt to move on its 8-5 season record. The Jackrabbits come into the battle with a 4-4 record after their 8-6 league loss to Downey (Downey, CA).
