The Aiken Fighting Green Hornets (Aiken, SC) soccer nudged the host South Aiken Thoroughbreds (Aiken, SC), 2-1 in Friday's league bout.

With the win, Aiken moves its record to 15-4 on the campaign. The Fighting Green Hornets travel to Gray Collegiate Academy (West Columbia, SC) to battle the War Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 25. The War Eagles go into the bout with a record of 16-5.

In their next game, the Thoroughbreds battle the Strom Thurmond Rebels (Johnston, SC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 25. South Aiken will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Rebels go into the bout with a 4-11 record after their 2-1 league loss to Fox Creek (North Augusta, SC).
