The Bandys Trojans softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Newton-Conover Red Devils to 1 in the Trojans league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Bandys improves its record to 17-2 on the year. The Trojans host Bunker Hill (Claremont, NC) to clash with the Bears in a Catawba Valley Athletic 2A game on Monday, April 24. The Bears come into the game with a record of 3-12. Bunker Hill lost 15-1 in their recent league game against Maiden (Maiden, NC)
In their next game, the Red Devils clash with the Bunker Hill Bears (Claremont, NC) in a Catawba Valley Athletic 2A game, on Tuesday, April 25. Newton-Conover will attempt to improve on its 0-12 season record. The Bears come into the game with a 3-13 record after their 10-0 league loss to Bandys (Catawba, NC).
