California High School Softball - Chaparral nudges Temecula Valley

The crowd at Friday's league match between the Chaparral Pumas (Temecula, CA) and the visiting Temecula Valley Golden Bears (Temecula, CA), saw Chaparral's softball squad nip Temecula Valley by a count of 11-10.

The Pumas now sport a 6-12 record. They take the field next when they host Great Oak for a Southwestern match on Wednesday, April 26.

With the loss, Temecula Valley falls to 0-14 on the campaign. The Golden bears host Great Oak (Temecula, CA) to face the Wolfpack in a Southwestern match on Monday, April 24. The Wolfpack enter the match with a record of 12-8. Great Oak lost 15-4 in their recent league match against Vista Murrieta (Murrieta, CA)
