River View Panthers (Kennewick, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Columbia Coyotes (Burbank, WA), 20-3 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Dayton/Waitsburg for a 2B EWAC East challenge on Friday, April 28. River View will battle a Wolfpack squad coming off a 20-13 non-league loss to Colton (Colton, WA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 4-6.

With the loss, Columbia falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Coyotes host Warden (Warden, WA) to battle the Cougars in a 2B EWAC East challenge on Tuesday, April 25. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 10-0. Warden won 13-0 in their recent league challenge against Tri-Cities Prep (Pasco, WA)
