California High School Softball - De Anza holds off Vallejo

The De Anza Dons the visiting Vallejo Red Hawks softball squad by a final score of 8-6 in Friday's league bout.

The Dons (10-3) will now prepare for their bout against Hercules (Hercules, CA). The Titans go into the Tri-County - Stone bout with a 7-8 record. In their last bout, Hercules by Tamalpais (Mill Valley, CA), 10-0, in a non-league bout.

The Red Hawks now possess a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Kennedy for a Tri-County - Stone bout on Monday, April 24. Vallejo will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 23-13 league win over Richmond (Richmond, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 4-4.
